– learn out to SURF with the best surfing school in Portugal, that aims to cover the entire sporting market of surfing, from initiation to the occasional practitioner, through training until reaching High Performance athletes. Amongst the pro surfers that were trained by our school are Frederico Morais (WSL Word Tour), Vasco Ribeiro (WQS) and Teresa Bonvalot (WSL). Your training is composed by 2 daily sessions complemented with specific exercices and personalized coaching, with specific video analisis.
 
 – Learn out to STAND UP PADDLE (SUP) with Franz Orsi , professional SUP athlete, certified SUP trainer and coach of Portuguese SUP national team. Your training is composed by a lesson focusing on giving a head start on SUP technique followed by practice in flat water conditions.
 
– find your inner peace with our PROFESSIONAL YOGA INSTRUCTOR certified in India, with vast experience in traditional and dynamic yoga. Also specialised in SUP Yoga. She will offer daily early morning yoga sessions (5 x) and SUP Yoga sessions (2x).
 
– add a SURF SPECIFIC FITNESS TRAINING, with our professional coaches with vast experiences in physical training for surfers. Your training is composed of 2 surf fitness sessions focusing on specific exercises followed by individual debugging of postural and kinetic issues.
